A premium vented hypersports jacket, the Climate Control Exo 4 combines high-strength textile and leather with D3O armour for the ultimate blend of style and protection.

The outer shell uses 600D polyester and Hitena — a high tenacity polyamide fibre that's lighter than standard polyester — both offering excellent tensile strength for abrasion resistance. Full grain cowhide leather across the shoulders and elbows adds further abrasion resistance in high-impact areas, while micro mesh through the body delivers solid airflow for hot-weather riding. Underneath the leather sits D3O CE Level 2 armour, providing a genuinely high level of protection without bulk.

A removable waterproof and breathable Dri-Tex liner keeps rain out and is rated to suit most Australian climates — easily removed and stored on warmer, dry days to reveal the mesh comfort liner underneath. A removable Lossor dotted quilted liner adds warmth for colder days in the saddle, making this jacket genuinely adaptable across seasons.

Multiple internal and external pockets provide plenty of storage, while pre-curved arms and stretch panels in the chest, shoulders and elbows keep you comfortable in most riding positions. A lined comfort collar prevents chafing on the neck during shoulder checks or when taking in the view. Arm and waist adjusters allow a fully tailored fit, with a zipper connector for matching riding pants.
