Quality Assurance
You are welcome to contact us if you suspect that the you purchase may be faulty. The suspected faulty item will reviewed within certain guidelines and they will be inspected by our team. If they are deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or material defect we will happily organise a refund or replacement.
Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can Australian Moto Spares to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Other Brands are determined by that brand's warranty.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive one of the following :
(a) refund to your original payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
